Hi, I planned to visit the office this Friday, but I fell ill and therefore cannot make my usual weekly visit. Will there be any consequences?

I would like to clarify that I was recently assigned to a project but was not given a role, so I have no work to do in the office. I only visit for the weekly presence requirement and for leisure.
