Hi, I got DP Rating in my last 2 consecutive My Performance cycle.

I heared one kind of award called "2 Good" given after this and promotion as well. Is this true? If yes so what's the procedure??

What are the other benefits provided by HCL?

There use to be O2 League where you and your family members will be invited for felicitation at an 5 Star hotel . They arrange food in the felicitation along with trophies. Last year this did not happen . You can raise SSD to enquire about it
