I don't understand how this organisation thinks. Today's townhall nothing spoken about future on growth perspective for employees.
Btw managers still not fully aware there is a auto promotion for two consecutive 5 rated person. Does this mean person who got 5 and 4 is deserved only 4%? They want only top 1% or 2% to feel rewarded and throw others out of organization. Complete bull shit. I think this 9% just to be on papers that cognizant given high single digit for top performers what's ur thought...
Yes heared that “two consecutive 5” will be auto promoted but … there are few question 1. How they will manage the billing from client ?? 2. Is this is for every level of associate like A , SA , M , SM ?
Boss, consecutive 5 rating itself not nominated by team for promotion. If not for auto promotion, manager would not have nominated in this life. Though it is not fair to everyone, at least those working hard but not promoted due to team politics will have a fair chance.
