True but some pros:

  • A buzzing startup ecosystem and top tier talent you can work with
  • Affordable services like house help, cooks which make life really convenient
  • Collectivist culture which means family is there for you when you need them
  • A lot of rich nature, culture, art, history, architecture
  • Great food and so many types of Indian cuisines
  • Affordable healthcare (in the US and UK, you have to wait months and spend a bomb to get care esp if you don't have insurance)

Very true… every country has some Pro and Cons

Sometime Cons overshadows the Pros.

Also feel like India is is like High pace startup, where things are messy, employees are complaining, no process, not enough bandwidth, but too much to do.

So let’s hope this startup thrives and goes for an amazing IPO

Affordable healthcare in India? Nice joke. Indeed US and UK are costly too but you simply can't ignore Canada, the other Europe, and eastern Asia.
As far as talent and startup goes, most of them are just copies from western countries. Service Affordability can be a point but it's just because India is poor indeed.

Cons of living in India? That's the easy part to list. Pros of living in India? A tad bit more than much difficult. Also, highly subjective. It is what it is.

I'm really sad to say that some of these cons are quite true and can sadly not be avoided

But we must look at all the pros of living here as well

They designed these cities? I thought they just came to be on their own as more and more people moved in.
