Trending @Accenture; Connection with Accenture leadership
If I'm an analyst and Accenture leadership is giving me work Directly, then is it good or bad for me. It is like parallel extra work outside my project and is interesting. At first, I was confused and was overthinking the same. But then, Accenture leadership's own child is also working alongside me and we are also office buddies sort of. Is this overall good or bad for my career growth? Please guide me......🙏
It completely depends on how that leadership is. If they are bad they will set you aside and if they are good then you will get what you deserve.
Now how to judge that if you take from me.
If the leadership is more than 10 years in Accenture you should be well placed. But most laterals do not carry the same values.
So be careful when you work with such high visibility people.
So the guy who is Accenture leadership was earlier the assoc director in my project since the time when I got onboarded in this project. It's been 6 months since he got promoted to Accenture leadership and I got promoted to analyst form associate. For the work that he's just gave me, he's keeping his own child in the same way alongside me for the same work.

Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕
What kind of work are u getting from leadership
For example ui design Krna for a website w all pages on Figma, power bi dashboard, power automate to create workflows to assist pmo team, etc

Just make sure if it's a kid of leadership you're working with just don't fight and if you're good friends with him that's a plus point
If the work is manial then it's like utilizing some junior resource who won't complain
