I connected hard drive to office laptop and sent few unofficial images from my phone to that. Will it be a problem?

Not a good idea. If they have not contacted you, then let it be. But do not do it from now on. One person I personally know at EY transferred some files and got in trouble. But those were some project based files. However as per EY policy, it is not allowed

He was asked to sign a legal document that said what was done. He was asked to delete everything from the drive and then the forensic team was asked to wipe the drive
