Trending @Accenture; Connect with project manager or DU lead 1:1

After my hike and variable outcome, I got frustrated and sent a text message to my DU lead yesterday at 1 AM. I didn't sleep yesterday after checking rewards. He called me and said that 7% is the highest hike for my role this time; they are giving hikes to manager and lead levels. He also said I am a top performer, my hard work is always recognized, and that they made a mistake regarding my role when I joined Accenture, but he will correct it. He said he already processed my profile in Workday for a next-cycle promotion with a 27% hike, and I can take shift allowance by putting in C shift . I work in B shift so that it make difference in salary he will approve it. Should I trust him, or should I just switch?

I am a lead myself, got peanuts, so he is definitely scamming you. And he can't put you for next cycle promotion on workday now, it can be done while filling the abcd feedback only. Also hike percentage can't be decided at this for next cycle. DONT TRUST his words.
