For 2024 and 2025, the attrition rate at Accenture India is all time high. Very serious discussions are going on at higher level.

Not sure but Accenture will not give anything in this june cycle also, very minimal promotions, no hikes. In december they said that almost the promotion cycle is shifted to june and now in june they are saying low budget no promotion as per accenture side bla bla bla. And the party is PIP is in the picture. I don't know why if ittration rate is high then why they are planning a lot of PIP's.

Attrition rate is high, meaning people are leaving the organisation. Which means from last two years people were leaving accenture, since they had got no hike/promo.

Yes it is higher because they are focusing more on AI and want their systems and workflows to be automated and become more efficient.
Accenture is actively hiring more people in 2025 than in 2024 as they want them to be trained in AI related fields.
This would result in high utilisation rates (approx. 90%) and AI friendly systems.

Accenture just want the loyal employees to leave so that they save money if they fire . They are ready to bring in others for > 40 % of our salaries , SMs , ADs left they brought shitty SMs from tier 2/3 companies to spoil companies, now I see the old leadership team leaving (SMD's) across globe , who earlier made this decision 😆 circle of life , before we all lower guys get affected we should leave for a good package the moment you get . Wake up!!

And also, Accenture is not ready to fill back positions. Anything might happen. But, there is a slightest chance that it will try to retain the critical resources back.
