Congratulations and Reminder

Congrats to everyone who made it into tcs till now. I don't know when layoffs is going to stop as it's causing a lot of mental stress. This post is reminder to me and all fellow people here, to start to upskill and be ready to leave tcs. As this amount of stress doesn't have to come with very low salary paid by tcs.

The downfall of this giant has began, 5 years down the line this company will have a great dip. As the great leader from this company has passed away and now this is just a profitable company now.

Many of my projects have resigned and leaving by November. None of the senior stayed because they knew of they stay, they will be layed off by March. And there is no reason to stay in the drowning ship.
