Confusion with RTO

There is no odc in the base location and the project team never asks me how long you are going to the office..No one from my team is in base location. I am planning to start going home for my parents as my father is not well. Shall I be allowed.

Go bro 9 days a quarter u can do WFH ur RTO will be 85% if u do this

Yes, my base location is Hyderabad and ODC in bangalore in last 8 months I have been in office for 20 days...no mails no no show mails

You can easily raise wfo exception. They have revised it on 13th August. Check HR policy .

I am not getting any option and neither my manager is asking in daily stand up call.Will they take directly action . I am actually suffering financially and new to project so don't wanna take risk and do expenses ..

I also didn't go to the office, last quarter my RTO was only 33%. So only my Variable pay is deducted. You can do the same but first ask someone from your project that they have received any actions or warnings on RTO or not yet.
