Confusion with pay
Digital here joined in feb first week 2025. Completed 1 year this feb 2026. Got first anniversary hardly 3.5 which rounds off to 3 (Not got band till now as it's my first anniversary)
So, in feb pay slip will there be any increase in salary? How much
For 3.5 and for 5 rating how much they increase yearly/monthly?
Since you have completed your FAV in feb.. you will not be asked to raise a new PE.. upon the IPF you have scored.. you wil be given a band & you wil see a hike
Thanks a lot for clearing. Can you also clarify the hike given on band or IPF? If it's in the band then how much of a percent hike is for A, B and C band? And when does this hike get added to our pay slip?
Depending on the budget shared by the corporate, if it was > 3 .6 we could say it's a C for sure.....
If it's your first year anniversary and you are fresher you can expect 5% for 3 rating
10 % for A rating
From next year onwards
For 3 rating 1%
For 5 rating 7%
I mean as its first anniversary so we only got rating, we do not get any band (like A,B,C). Band will be given to us next year.

Our HR or manager didn't say any such thing at all. Is it sure this is also applicable for freshers candidate joined in Feb 2025 and complete their 1 year on Feb 2026? (Because april 2026 band process ended on Feb 20th 2026 right?).
Freshers will get increment on first anniversary, Lateral hires will have to wait for next cycle to complete which is start of next financial year If you joined in feb 2025(Lateral) then based on band received in April 2026 you will get hike
