Trending @Cognizant; Confusion, while joining the Cognizant, as I have a offer from EYGDS as well
Hello everyone, I have offer from Cognizant of 40.50 fix salary and 1.5 variable against offer from EY GDS have a fix of 33.40 and 5,12,000 variable now I want to know if I join Cognizant, what are the negative point and if I leave EY GDS, what would be the negative points? This is really confusing because I read by many Congizant people which are saying that Cognizant is worst company to join and I have been offering good amount from Cognizant with the position of project manager. I have a total 10 years of experience
U can join cognizant it's good , if you are joining at high position as Project Manager then it's really good for you
There is no work life balance in cognizant. They don't consider holidays while scheduling call with client. I have joined sometime back and this has been my experience till now.
Ey is the better option. It's a Big 4 company.
