Confusion post joining

Hi guys, i need honest insights

I recently joined wipro for a banking client as devops engineer this month only, however I am getting results for earlier given interviews for other companies like Hartford, so the situation is the HR from HartFord says no issue if you join us this is product based company and role is also k8s infra engineer, now the dilemma is i just joined wipro in feb now by the talks of HartFord hr what they are saying is visit the office and lets discuss and I got hint as well that we are ready to wait for 90 days you just put papers from there and bla bla, i dont have any problem in going there and discussing with them.. so my issue is would it be fine by just resigining as quickly as i joined wipro and just so you know they are basically saying we will release offer letter just confirm you will join us only then we will release the offer, then what if the position gets filled by 3rd month means at very last moment then will not i have to re give interviews despire having offer letter from hartford? please explain what I should do..
