Trending @Cognizant; Confusion on RTO criteria for promotion from PA to A.

The new criteria for promotion from PA to A says that we should be in the office 2.5 days per week in the past 3 months. Does anyone know how this 2.5 days per week is calculated. Do we have to be in the office for 10 hrs? Or swipe in time doesn't matter?
