Confusion hi confusion

Hi grapes.. When and how will be the good time for me to make a move? How much hike I can expect for the following profile while switching? And when should I start preparing for the same? I have a very peculiar tech stack and role I feel. So which companies can I target? What role can I search specifically for my tech stack in job market? (hushhhh.. Too many questions..)

YoE : 3.5 Current CTC : 10 fixed + 10% variable Current Company : Deloitte Up for a promotion from A to C June 2026 with approx 20-25%hike expected.

Role : Cloud Database Engineer, DBA Tech : AWS (RDS,S3, lambda, SNS, SQS, cloudwatch, enhanced monitoring) GCP (CloudSQL, bucket, monitoring) Azure SQL, Postgres, MSSQL, Mysql, IaC, Terraform, Github actions, performance management, troubleshooting.

So when is the correct time I should start advertising myself in market? If I just tell companies I'm going expecting 20-25% hike on current CTC, will they entertain me and give higher hikes? If not shall I wait for revised Compensation letter in June 2026 and then start seeing? What will be the sweet time to achieve best hike and also I'm not inclined to stay in this company only. Sorry if the post is too long but my thoughts are running haywire thinking about all this and I do need a good guidance and suggestions on this.
