Confusion...

Hi all

I have given my resignation but yet to have any offer outside. I have nentioned the reason of salary review and promotion delay the reason. It was told to multiple people before but no response. Grivience also raised with all proofs and email also sent to highest level. I need my salary to be reviewed. What is the best possible thing i can do now. I am upskilling myself now.
