Confusion at its peak.

I have two offers one is startup and the other is Deloitte.

(After confirming from the internet, employees and other connections i am mentioning some points)

STARTUP:

• work culture is great.
• work will be appreciated.
• very few people know about company
• hybrid
• 15% maximum variable ( depends on performance)
• team size is less around 2k
• A hike will be good
• service+ product based

DELOITTE:

• work culture everyone knows is not good.
• work will not be appreciated as per the crowd.
• most of the people know about company
• hybrid
• 10% maximum variable ( depends on performance)
• team size is around India's population
• A hike will not be good.(Not sure)
• service based.

They both are offering the same CTC and I am having 2yoe. Please let me know what should i choose and why.
