I have completed 8 months in cognizant. I don't like the culture here. And I am a senior developer for last 8+ years, now forced to be in support role in this project. My manager is useless. And her boss just keeps saying once you are certified in PAD then you will get opportunity, which is not happening soon. What should I do?
