Trending @Cognizant; Confusion about my Job switch

Hello guys,

Am currently working in cognizant as salesforce developer . Here am getting package 6.5 as fixed and I got the offer from Deloitte India for only 8 lpa fixed which is 25% hike. I dont have any counter offer.

Am currently in bench on cognizant so they asked me to resign early in two weeks. I asked to Deloitte and they changed immediately my doj right after LWD.

I have only 10days now. Is this good switch? Do you thing is we can get another offer from any other company in two weeks?
