Trending @Wipro; Confusion about billability

I am working in one project as a service desk analyst My team lead told me that he will keep me in project after my MTech completion in wilp program and there is no billability issue in our project but same person did not select B2 resource in recent interview just because she is B2 and they are off boarding one B1 resource as his package is around 6.5lpa and my package after 5months will be 6 lpa I have billability in portal upto 2026 March now I have doubts and asked release mentioning I’m not comfortable with calls and American accent he said ok I’ll talk to manager and will give you 15 days buffer time to find other project but when I ask update he is saying I didn’t get chance to talk to manager my lead gives me leaves and other approvals easily he looks so nice person but due to my previous bad experiences in projects I want to learn something and leave Wipro after MTech kindly guide me on this
