Confusing Career Decision

About me: Full Stack Dev (~2 YOE) focused on web performance. Some experience in Blockchain

Current Company:

  • A small startup based out of Singapore
  • 18LPA base
  • Remote and Async, very chill
  • Not much interesting problem left to solve now
  • Company not doing very well financially
  • Works directly with the founder, handles everything tech.

The company that gave me offer:

  • A small startup registered in Singapore, but everyone works from Delhi (Dwarka)
  • 22 LPA base
  • 5 days fully office, no WFH
  • Web3 company, so not very sure about the future
  • Not much information available online about the work culture or tech team
  • LinkedIn shows only ~6 employees

What would you advice? It would have been best if I would have stayed at my current org, but then the work there does not interest me anymore. But if I move to the new company it will be a bet as I don’t know anything about the company culture, and also it is completely WFO. Should I wait for better offer? But then I am afraid looking at the current condition of job market.

To add, the hike is minimal considering wfh to wfo You should only leave wfh for another wfh unless you get 100% hike

Why? Do you think the increment in low or is it because it's a web3 company?

For the first time am seeing majority people on the comments saying "NO". Dwarka companies must be really shitty ...lol

For 4lalks.. not worth it.. instead of 22 if they offer 40lpa.. then yes.

I am confused whether this would be good, I wan...
