Confusing!
Folks! I recently joined TCS and have seen a lot of negative feedback, none of which I want to experience.
Many candidates like me moved to TCS with positive beliefs and did not expect to encounter so much negativity.
Hopefully, all of you TCS’ers will understand! 😄
You should have researched before joining bro. I also made the same mistake, they change policies like underwear. So we might hear one thing while joining but that will change once you join. I packed the bag within 14 months because of toxic work culture.
Same here I have resigned and will move back in few weeks ....did big mistake joining here ...got stuck in toxic work in a support project
You will join the bandwagon soon after experiencing crap first hand.

3+ yrs of exp in salesforce commerce cloud.
Just get out asap. If u really hv skills, there are plenty of opportunities in market
Even I was surprised by all the negativity here. I've been here 2 years now and agree that the pay is laughable but I don't have anything bad to say about my colleagues. I made good friends in the office and we have fun in meeting rooms rather than sleeping in the boring ODCs
3 things-
Skills Being able to handle multiple things at a given moment - you are now 3+ year experience in somewhat niche . Know your surroundings

Doing RFPs, interviews , interacting more , cementing myself
Advice - stay away from the keyboard warriors and morons
2 years is too less a time to face the heat. You will realise it when you see no growth opportunity and stuck without hikes and promotion.
Everyone who joins TCS enjoys lofe for 3-4 years and then come to terms with reality.
