Confused with the choice I have to make

Hi folks,

I am going to get promoted and expecting a good salary hike and a CTC increase to 12LPA. I currently work in Banglore. But, recently, I got an offer letter from one of the PPP airports after an interview, which I attended long back. My dilemma is that should I take up this job by ditching my current role in IT industry. The new job does not pay as much as what I currently earn. And it will be that way at least for 2 years because of the clauses in the offer letter. After completing 2 years, I will be getting around 75k in hand per month. The airport is situated in my native state and very near to my spouse's home.

Should I go for this job, or shall I continue my IT industry journey? Please advise.
