Confused what to do.
I am having 4.2 years Experience in IT. 3.6 years in prod support and 6 months in bench .CTC is 7.5 LPA. TCS is second company.How to switch , location is bangalore far away from home ..unable to concentrate on family and work due to loans and all.
You took loans with CTC 7.5 !!! That too in Bangalore!!! You must be very brave!!! Try to relocate to office near to your home town. I’m sure you gonna save some money as compared to Bangalore. Or give 3-4 months for preparation and switch with better CTC
Actually out of 4.2 years I had worked 3.6 in WFH.just started with WFO and started facing consequences of my lazyness it seems.
Again this month due to financial pressure I had returned home by using all my leaves .Now no leaves left and planning to resume WFO after getting salary.
my hometown is 1600km far. Still not completed two years in Tcs. Skills are not that good currently as working in prod support from initially .
As one of the user had said above you had to upgrade your skillset which is the only way for you to land in a better opportunity to boost your visibility and career growth...Better give some time for this which can be helpful for in getting better role...Wishing your all the best for your career
