Confused to choose my career path.

Hello everyone,

I had total 3+years of experience in IT industry with 1 year exp in Dell boomi development and rest of the years iam working on azure support project with verey tech skills.

1. Please suggest me to choose a career path so that i can shift to other company to hike my salary here I am getting only 4 LPA. I had tried to switch for boomi roles but not able to crack interviews.

2. I don't have any coding skills, but know linux commands and boomi. Please let me know where I can learn something and switch for better package ( 8 lpa) . Also please do let me know if you have any inputs or thoughts on my situation.
