Confused!! TCS (6LPA) got offer from another tech giant (12.4LPA), Should I change ??
I am having 4+ years of experience in my whole career and currently I am having two years experience in TCS I had worked in 2 companies before joining TCS. Now I got an offer from another tech gaunt like TCS which is offering me 12.4 lpa along with 10% of the variable should I join the company please suggest. Since TCS is having job security, I am confused whether to change the job or not I need your suggestion please. I am not sure whether it is safe to give the company name here that is why I am telling it as another tech gaunt and it's actually a good company.

Then without thinking twice switch to new company giving 12.4L it will be good for your future financial stability. Job security is no where not in TCS as well, just the thing is that if you under performance tcs as well force you to resign, it's not the thing is that tcs will just keep you if you are working.
Superb offer.. just move on. Don't stick due to job security. All companies are alike now. You wil take at least another 6 years here to reach 12L
