Confused regarding resigning or not
How is the job market right now? I have an offer with 50% hike on my base? Should I put down my papers? Im working from last 5 years with my current org and I'm a bit scared about changing jobs. Please help guys.

You have to take a plunge.You ideally shouldn't have spent 5 years in an org,if you are below 30.Unless it pays you really well.
