Confused over Deloitte Mail

Hi grapeviners,

I got a mail from Deloitte today (see attachment) Am I supposed to get an offer letter after bgv.?

How many days it will take to release offer after bgv?

My current CTC: 4.2 lpa having 3.2 yoe What should I ask for the the expected ?

Please 🙏 help on this I am totally confused....
