Confused on job switch . I joined as fresher in Deloitte as associate analyst (now 1.8 years experience 3.9 lpa )
I am planning to resign upskill and look for remote jobs (wfh) how is the job market now and what salary I can expect any companies suggestion provide data science or analyst based jobs ( I am a bsc datacience graduate)
The market is really bad right now. Would suggest you to first upskill, apply, get the offer and only then quit. Especially for the 0-2 YoE range it is just brutal out there.
Also don't just look for WFH, there are many companies which offer Hybrid too, apply to them as well.

Don’t change now. Take some time and then change
Just don't quit your job if you are short on funds. Grind at night. The market is rough rn, try to get referrals first. And prepare accordingly.
