Confused on an offer from two companies

I got an offer of 11.78 lpa from infy my current company i.e capg wants to retain me with the same and also will shift me to the kind of project I want. I have around 3 y.o.e what should I do here as capg is my first company. Some suggestion would be highly appreciated.

If the project is good waits for one more year if they match the offer. When market got stablise you can switch.

Thanks for your suggestion, but there is no guarantee that the project that they will give me will have all the technologies that I want though the HR told they will try to pull me in such a project
