Trending @Accenture; Confused never been on bench earlier

Hi Folks,

I joined Accenture two weeks ago. I was scheduled for a client interview but got rejected. My manager informed me that I was hired for the XYZ account, but after the rejection, I was released from that side.

As of now, I haven’t received any official communication stating that I’m on the bench, but I assume that’s the current status.

I’d like to understand what happens next—will Accenture provide me with another opportunity? Also, how safe is my position while I’m on the bench?

Same thing happens with me, i was also rejected for 3 client interview and then i was not getting opportunity for next 2 months, they hardlock me for the project and have given the charge code for 1st 3 month but i was not able to crack client interview. After 4 months i was assigned to 1 project whose duration was 2 month, after that i was rolled off from that project and again put up on bench from past 2 months and the interview opportunity that they are giving me is outside of my skillset

As per policy initial 6 months you can’t be move on TP however do you have valid WBSE to charge into myte if you are using unassigned WBSE in that case your VP will be impected
