Confused, need some suggestions

I am a Developer with almost 4 yoe. I have worked on Java, ever since and now being asked to learn JS. And look for full stack role, parellelly they are asking me to opt for azure certification, i am under paid and want to switch but these things keep on adding. Also they expect me to do all these along with my regular task of java development. Where else I want to learn spring boot microservices and DSA so that I can stand in the current market interviews. Its killing me from inside front end was never appealing to me. I dont even know JS. What should I do? Any suggestions?
