confused in selecting a account/project.

Background -> I am currently allocated and looking for a data science role after 1 year education leave (LWP).

I have now received two different calls and both are almost confirming me regarding the same.

I want to know what are the options on which I can assess both the projects as my RMG has said that I should not do this and inform one of them to not proceed further.

PS- 1). One of them has said that I am already blocked for their account. I want to know what does that mean actually ?

2). Should I ask for compensation or leverage regarding salary in both the projects from them ? Is it possible to do so ?

  1. Being "blocked" means you are reserved for that account and they expect you to join.

  2. Asking for compensation or leverage is tricky. It's not common practice, but you can try negotiating. Be prepared for a firm no.
