Confused for my first switch

Hello Everyone,

I've been working on amdocs As DBA for the last 1.5 years after joining as a fresher. I've recieved two bonus as well as my manager has promised me good hike. Also I'm involved in developing several automations like training ML models on oracle awr reports to predict anomalies etc.

I've recently recieved job offer from VOIS and they are offering me 10.5 LPA with some variable. Job profile is devops which I had always wanted.

Will this be a good switch? What is the reputation of VOIS in market, is it a potential downgrade from amdocs?
