Confused between two offers
I received offers from 2 companies for a marketing role I applied to; not sure whether to go for salary or culture
Company A: 14LPA but remote role and leadership is competent + heard good things from folks who left the company as well
Company B: 17LPA with 5 days WFO, review sites have rated it 2/5 and one of the past employees said its toxic (not in the marketing team but worked with them closely)
Work wise theres not much comparison hence the confusion. What should I do?
Leverage the offer in Comapny B to negotiate a similar offer in company A
Not having to pay for transport and stay around your office paying hefty rents, is enough for you to save more than 25k a month(3LPA). Makiny Company A a no brainer option.
Go stay with your family or wherever you want to.
Aren't you a freelancer, can't you use the WLB you are going to get from Company A to make up for the difference in CTC
