Confused between 3 job offers

I am slightly confused about which company to join from the following:

Meesho ( Unicorn Startup) Role : APM - 1 Salary: 17.5 (Base) + 8 (ESOPs) Mode : 2 day work from office
Wingify (Bootstrap B2B SaaS startup) Role : PM Salary: 15 Base + 1 Joining Bonus + 1 Performance Based Bonus + Unknown Performance Based Stock Options Mode: WFH
Docsumo.ai ( Seed funded Startup) Role: APM Salary: 17.5 (Base) + 1 (Fixed Bonus) + 7 ESOPs Mode: 3 day work from office

Currently : APM at a seed stage startup 15 Base + 1 Bonus + 2 ESOPs YOE: 1.3

Would really appreciate insights/advice on how to approach and also how to negotiate with Wingify.

IMO The founder is known among the startup circles. I don’t second doubt your value in market would change if you are looking to join any credible startup again post wingify

imo Meesho will lay off people like crazy in 9-12 months, ahead of it's IPO. That line of business is just not profitable enough to justify that valuation in the public markets

Hey it's been fun, a great environment I must say. People are nice and the work flow is smooth, the whole company went to Thailand a week back and the vibes were great.

On day to day work it's not crazy fast atleast till now, there's a great balance, learning curve is noice too, product team is currently being built we are total of 4 PMs (3 of us are less than 6-7 months old), so setting up process will take some time

How much Tekion pays to a SDE 2?

I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2.

Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance) YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship)
