Trending @Accenture; Confused about vp

Last cycle I got 8.4% vp and this time also same but last time I got 40k now it's only showing 38.5k additionally I got hike also last cycle 6.5% How is this possible?

This variable is actually for less number of months than the November one. So that explains why this VP lesser than the other one.

Have you checked if your salary has increased? If you are PL 9 or above will need to adjust your compensation plan for it to be applied effectively
