Confused about TCS
my last company was terrible no projects no hikes mo upskills I got offer letter from TCS and I joined here after that every frd of mine working in TcS starts saying why you joined here this is terrible company this demotivates me
Same here. Now I feel my ex company was better than this terrible company. Forget about switching, I'm struggling a lot to upskill and be relevant to the market.

Everyone has its own pov. So it's not necessary how they felt you also feel same. Spent some time and upgrade your skill. Then start looking for new.
