Trending @Infosys; Confused about switching

I everyone, I have 4 switches in 5 years. I am about to complete 2 years at infosys. After 5 years we can easily expect 18-20 Lpa but in infosys I am getting 10Lpa. Please suggest me if I should go for a switch or stay longer to show some stability in my resume. I am also planning to move to dubai for job search for QA automation Engineer. What salary I can expect There?

If you had 4 switches in 5 years and are still at 10Lpa then there is some issue with the switching my friend. I haven't even switched once, with infosys for the past 3.5 years and I'm still getting 8Lpa. And currently on notice period with an offer in hand of 18 Lpa
