Trending @Accenture; Confused about resignation after 7 years β€” need advice

Hi All, I have a total of 7 years of experience in IT, including the last 3.6 years at Accenture as a frontend developer (Angular/React). Despite my efforts, I haven’t received any promotion here and I’m feeling underpaid.

I’m planning to resign soon, but I’m confused about the right timing.

How is the current job market for frontend developers in India?

Are mid-level opportunities stable, or is it risky to resign now?

Should I wait for a better time, or move ahead immediately?

Keep silent don't give a hint about your plan to anyone. What will happen is they will think anyways this guy is leaving let's put him in pip and complete our quota.

Never tell anyone your plan.

For that DSA must be required?

Few companies ask but few just focus on your current project role and questions will be mostly around that and ask you to write code in the first round..all depends on luck

Wait till nov end and resign. I got offer despite 90 days notice and am serving np. Most companies start hiring from jan-march usually. Wait for the vp to be rolled out and drop paper. Once done, in your linkedin and naukri mention your lwd

Companies are still hiring. If you get an offer, move on.

If you search and work for it, you will get another job. Attrition rate is high here, people are getting other jobs. Depends on you if want to remain sitting here or not
