Confused about next step

So currently i am working as a software developer (salesforce) with around 7 lpa. I have always known for a fact that I am good at managerial things and not as skilled as other developers, nor I want to continue as a developer in the IT industry. As long as I finish a task within time it feels great but otherwise I am anxious all the time about writing code and then what if something doesn't work? I don't want to feel this way so I have been thinking about changing tracks from development to maybe business analyst, but I don't really know the scope of that position and whether it'll pay well or how my day would look like. I am doing my own research side by side but my current project demands a lot from me so I am not investing as much as time as I should studying or applying for other roles. Basically I don't want to wake up everyday being nervous about my job on a day to day basis. i want to know how the market situation is at the moment and for someone who doesn't really enjoy coding that much would BA be a good option to switch and if yes then how to make that transition? Any suggestion would be helpful!
