I am working in a MNC and currently in a billable project but no work. I am pretty good in programming and development. With an experience of 7months in total I am confused about should I try to switch to other companies and if yes what should be my plans for it. Currently as I have 0 work in the project i am working to enhance my technical skills like DSA and frontend technologies.
As my pay is quite less (6.5Lpa ~48k in-hand) I want to increase it to atleast 15Lpa

Not a techie, but here’s my two cents: if you are brand new to the work force (7 months is new), and you are paid 6.5L pa just to coast by n do nothing all day, stick around for another year.
People do look at resumes seriously. If they see you hopping jobs within a year+ around, that’s a massive turn off.
Contribute to open source like appsmith etc. Create a portfolio and go for remote jobs. There are job cuts across Europe and us, so a lot of remote only opportunity are opening up
