Confused about future

2024 graduate from a tier-3 college. I don’t have a strong DSA background and have completed around 1.4 years working in a legacy project at a service-based company (WITCH). With the recent layoffs happening everywhere including my company I’m quite stressed. My CV hasn’t been getting shortlisted. Any kind of advice or help would be truly appreciated.
