Confused about changing jobs again
My career started off pretty rough. I got a very average offer from my college, so I planned to switch within a year. I received a decent bump in my TC, but the job was in a different city. After a few months, I couldn't relocate, so I had to quit and take a job in my hometown. Although my base pay increased slightly, I wasn’t entirely happy because my previous company had stocks worth 5L, which I didn’t receive here.
Now, after 10 months, I’ve started thinking about switching again, as I’m not happy at all. Should I switch now, or wait another year to complete at least two years in this company? I’m unsure what to do.
TC: 18L base + 1L PF YOE: 2.6
Switch at 3.5 yoe.

Switch big! Aim L4 @ Google, sde-2 at coinbase, sde-2 at confluent, sde-2 uber, ripping, sprinkle something on these lines.
They hold the potential to pay 80+L irrespective of previous pay.
