Confused About Career
Hello All, I am working as Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys with 3.6+ years experience. I am currently stuck in my career with increasing support responsibilities. I am learning DSA , but I am in noob stage. I am actually confused as I am not understanding which path to pursue. One of my friends is sharing me his account from a learning platform worth some money. Is it better to take this. I also have a dream of pursuing MS in Germany. My main constraint is I am. 26+ and I am worried whichever option I choose should be appropriate. I am laking risk taking ability because of financial condition. What would be the best suggestion for me? Is it better to directly go MS or upskill properly and go to MS?
One interview, 1000+ job opportunities

What's your financial background ? If you have money, do MS... Preferably in AI/ML your chances of earning more and better life outside increases many folds.
If you don't have money, even after loan you will be too pressurized there.
In India at your experience you will be asked about data structures, algorithm questions and few design questions if you apply to product based companies.
fyi: 3.6 yoe doesn't make you a senior systems engineer.. If you highlight this, be ready to get tackled... System engineers are too passionate people.

I have thought of doing MS but dropped the idea because of Financial Grounds of my family. I am currently learning DSA system design concepts. I am very well versed with c# , . Net. I am thinking of making a switch. But only problem is I am kinda slow learner. I am working hard though to get opportunities.

Good so you are sorted.
Now just study, don't bother much.. These things will take time.
Make some projects as well side by side... Anything that interests you.

Is AI and ML a better choice?

If you are confused try to get job with the same profile that you are now doing as a support. It's much better than spending time on the above tech stack. Once you switch you will have money then you can think what to do.

I am also in same situation but I got chance to work on python and sql...only 2..3 months...not much technical also..but still I learnt backend framework and giving interviews..we just need 3 continues good round...just try

I am struggling to make a decision
