Confused about career

Hi I have 11 years of experience in pega prpc. Working as a senior developer in a product based company for 31 lpa. I am not getting promotion or growth in my company. Not sure if i should switch or just wait

First try switching, get some offers in hand and then make decisions.

You may get such a lucrative offer that you don't have to make a decision.

Or you don't get a call or offer at all.. then also you know your skills and worth.
