Confused about allocation into different unit

Currently I am working in an xx unit up to 30 Jan 2026. My release date is 30 Jan 2026. I am selected for a new project. That project is in the xy unit. that is a different unit than the current unit. The next project told me to wait till 7 days from the release date. The next project will allocate on the 7th day. But I am confused about RMG.

I don't know about the current situation going in RMG. If I am selected for another unit, then whether RMG may create an issue ? Actually I decided not to visit RMG till allocation. Now I cannot believe RMG.

Kindly provide your opinion or your experience about the same.
