The difference is clear- RSU vs ESOPs RSU is real money but ESOPs depend on buyback, IPO
Both are offering Bangalore location only, Delhivery was a no-brainer for me had they agreed to Gurgaon location.

Yes, but Zepto has more potential and exposure what I think. Zepto is expanding and seems bullish nowdays
