Hi everyone

Literally we are getting warning from manager.. my lead who was a drama queen stating we are not actively participating on any tasks or weekend supports and complaint to the authorities

They mention to lead to give the bad feedback and bad ratings, so that if we get back to free pool we didn’t get any project further if they provide 2 rating.

So is it true that if we received any bad rating will it affect our next project search ???

You can challenge the rating. I did once and it was a remarkable experience for me. If you believe you have been given a rating you do not deserve, challenge that rating and if it does not resolve your problem, raise ombuds. There are still people in Wipro management, who are honest and ethical.
