Trending @Accenture; Conflict of interest only in policy!!

Have you come across situations where a husband and wife are working in the same team and reporting to the same manager? If they are in different teams, it might be acceptable, but what is the HR team doing about this? Are they encouraging this “family business” and preventing others from growing?

The wife got promoted from AM to M, and the next year the husband got promoted from M to SM. While the whole company is waiting for at least a 5% hike, they get midyear promotions and hikes. When this was raised to HR, no actions were taken. They receive visibility and recognition even for small achievements to back up the claim that they deserve promotions. Is there an anonymous ethics and compliance portal to report this?

They can’t give a 5% hike to someone earning only 7-8 LPA, but they can give a 20-25% hike with a promotion to someone earning more. Will this company survive with only managers? I tried hard to get my reportee promoted from SSE to TL, given all he had done over the past year, but they just gave him a 10% VP and said other people have contributed more. I really feel bad facing my reportees when I know the things happening in the team are so unfair.

That is still a mystery, and there is nt one couple, 2 actually reporting to same manager but different projects

It is not, please bro, why would someone want to spread fake news? If you are from HR team, take a complete list of resources who works as couple, check their reporting manager and check their previous appraisal history, i can share the names anonymously if you let me know about any ethics and compliamce portal.. i am not talking here for myself, but for the juniors and senior analysts who do the actual job
